Course Highlights
VCS Academy offers the Pastry & Bakery NVQ Level 4 course for individuals with G.C.E. O/L qualifications. This 12-month program is available in full-time and part-time options. The course fee is Rs. 140,000.00, with the schedule to be announced. Students will learn advanced baking techniques, cake decoration, and pastry preparation.
Duration:
6 months of rigorous training, followed by 6 months of industrial training.

Theory and Practical Training
Gain in-depth knowledge through classroom learning and hands-on practice in state-of-the-art kitchens.
Industrial Training:
Students receive hands-on training in bakeries and pastry shops, mastering techniques in baking, decorating, and managing bakery operations under expert guidance.
Certification
NVQ Level 4 Certificate. Certificate will be granted by the TVEC Sri Lanka to the eligible students after completion of the course.
